Job summary

The United Football League (UFL) seeks a Director, Team Partnerships in Columbus to drive corporate sponsorship revenue through customized programs. You will identify, cultivate, and close new business with local and national brands while supporting revenue and fan engagement goals.

This hybrid role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in sports industry or with sports brands, with sponsorship sales and activation experience.
• Experience in negotiation, research, analytics, and media a must.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience in partnerships may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sell sponsorship proposals and manage partner pipelines end-to-end.
• Create local partnership strategies and activation plans.
• Craft compelling proposals with clear value propositions for partners.
