You will supervise tax staff and coordinate updates affecting GAAP and IFRS reporting, while supporting corporate development and significant transactions. The role requires a strong background in corporate tax accounting, regulatory changes, and strategic tax planning within an energy or regulated industry.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience required.
• Master's in Taxation, Law Degree and/or CPA preferred
• Experience in the energy or highly regulated business preferred

Lead federal and state tax planning initiatives, including support for Corporate Development and business initiated transactions and development and implementation of tax minimization strategies. Direct the tax staff assigned to these activities.**Key Responsibilities:** Representative transactions: * Merger and acquisition transactions or business dispositions.* New Renewables investments – both wind and solar.* New Networks projects - major bids and infrastructure projects.* Review of partnership agreements, amendments and wind-down.
