Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign seeks an Associate Director of Talent Partnerships to lead authentic, mission-aligned talent engagement and amplify national visibility. The role focuses on securing talent participation, designing engaging activations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support fundraising and advocacy efforts.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in talent relations or related fields, strong strategic thinking, and experience collaborating with entertainment

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in talent relations, marketing, public relations, entertainment, or related industries.
Entertainment industry experience is strongly preferred.
Collaborative and creative thinking with leadership in talent engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead talent partnership strategy across campaigns and events.
Build relationships with celebrities, agencies, managers, and industry executives.
Design engaging talent activations and participation opportunities for campaigns.
Coordinate with advocacy, marketing, and PR teams to amplify national visibility.
Supervise Manager of Talent Partnerships and guide their projects.
Ensure diversity and inclusion in Share Our Strength’s work.
