Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM.
• 12+ years in engineering, project management, or functional leadership.
• Experience leading large SEIT teams and cross‑organizational collaboration.
• Active Top Secret and SCI clearance with SSBI; ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and people leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of all major disciplines/functions within the Systems Engineering organization.
• Drive long‑range strategic planning, ensuring alignment with sector goals and program needs.
• Lead efforts to optimize people, processes, and tools to support captures and program execution across the lifecycle.
• Own people, processes, and tools for SE recruiting, development, and staffing.
• Ensure sound System Engineering processes across capture, design, qualification, manufacturing, integration, and test.
• Oversee program reviews, Independent Review Teams, and drive SE process improvements.
• Identify and diagnose program challenges across lifecycle for decisive resolution.
• Drive Model Based Enterprise solutions and oversee technical audits and reviews.
• Foster innovation and align with LRSP and Space Systems roadmaps.
• Champion risk, issue, and opportunity management strategies.
• Manage budgets and resources to meet objectives and priorities.
• Foster a culture of high performance, inclusion, and disciplined execution.
