This senior role oversees a portfolio exceeding $100 million, guiding design-build, ESPC, and retrofits with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project delivery, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in large-scale public or private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project delivery, or related operations leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale project portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Proficiency with Primavera and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for construction and project management teams delivering large-scale sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Oversee a project portfolio exceeding $100 million, on time, on budget, and contract-compliant.
• Lead multidisciplinary project management and construction teams across multiple contracts (ESPC, design-build, mechanical retrofits).
• Establish execution standards, resource plans, and performance objectives.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on plans, targets, and growth strategies.
