Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of applicable experience required.
• 3+ years of applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a superior clinical identity by adopting evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards and develops related policies and procedures.
• Directs nursing practice and unit operations, ensuring appropriate staff and competencies.
• Provides leadership to improve patient experience and service quality.
• Participates in annual budget planning, staffing, and resource optimization.
• Develops care coordination policies to enhance safety, throughput, and efficiency.
