Qualifications

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in surgical/ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the surgery department.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
