What isn't?
What do we need next?
And how can we do this better?

You will interact with customers & need to be service-minded;handle those difficult conversations; and resolve conflictsprofessionally. You’ll listen when there is a problem but know when it's time to shift gears and get back to the operational workhappening behind the scenes. Knowing how to & havinginterpersonal skills is a must but you know when to step behind thescenes and focus on getting the operation right.

Manage departmentresources, adjust as needs change, and help ensure your teams areprepared for what’s coming, not just reacting to what alreadyhappened.

You need enoughfinancial fluency to look at the numbers, understand what they’retelling you, ask good questions, and make responsible operationaldecisions.
