Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Systems & Governance to own the strategy, architecture, and governance of the company’s critical supply chain tools (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS) across NPI and scale phases. You will lead a lean team and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain systems, strong data governance experience, and proven leadership in regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

Master's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
15+ years of experience in Supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
5 years in People Leadership roles.
Deep hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems in regulated manufacturing.
Proven track record building and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems to ensure scalability, compliance and extensibility as Valar grows.
Establish and enforce data governance frameworks across supply chain data for accuracy and access control.
Design and implement controls for change management, testing, and system releases to ensure continuity.
Lead cross-functional system implementations from requirements through deployment.
Build scalable policies and procedures balancing speed with compliance in a highly regulated industry.
Identify systems and data risks and lead mitigations plans.
