Helen of Troy is seeking a Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Execution to lead cross-functional Supply Chain Operations initiatives and performance improvements. The role coordinates planning, sourcing, inventory, production planning, logistics, finance, product, and shared services to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will govern IBP and S&OE processes, ensure near-term execution clarity, and drive continuous improvement across Inventory Management, Production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain Operations initiatives and governance.
• Develop and maintain the Supply Chain operations roadmap and improvements.
• Oversee IBP governance, S&OE processes and executive-level summaries.
• Coordinate and optimize Inventory Management, Production Planning, CWOM and related activities.
• Provide leadership and development for direct and indirect reports and drive a culture of accountability.
