Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Data Systems to define and execute the strategy, architecture, and engineering of data platforms powering Supply Chain Operations. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or data platform development.
• 7+ years leading engineering organizations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms for manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Experience with hardware supply chains and data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of manufacturing yield analysis and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Supply Chain Data Systems aligned with objectives.
• Build and lead an engineering organization focused on data platforms, applications, integrations, and analytics.
• Develop technology roadmaps enabling future manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable via modern practices.
• Deliver engineering platforms for operational dashboards, executive reporting, and self-service analytics.
• Enable real-time visibility into factory performance, product quality, and manufacturing health.
• Support predictive analytics for manufacturing efficiency and capacity planning.
