Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs seeks a proactive leader to hire, train, support, develop and coach the team, define, assign and monitor objectives, and manage cost, quality and delivery for SPARC DDR, FTL and other projects.

In close coordination with engineering and construction leaders, plan and assign work, manage workload, escalate issues, own supplier relationships at executive level, and ensure process adherence while reporting risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include physical ability to perform typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel or work nights/weekends/on-call for travel to construction sites and supplier locations.
• Work in a facility with industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics.
