Net2Source (N2S) seeks a Director - Subscriber Growth Forecasting to develop models for subscriber growth and optimize marketing investments. This key role will collaborate across Data Science, Marketing, Finance, and BI teams, driving informed decision-making and business impact.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in analytics or strategic planning, with strong skills in forecasting methodologies, statistical modeling, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in forecasting, analytics, or strategic planning within subscription‑based or media businesses.
• Strong proficiency in forecasting methodologies and statistical modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own subscriber forecasts and measure performance across cohorts.
• Lead process to analyze model inputs for revenue and growth modeling.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain forecasts and ensure goal alignment.
• Analyze growth and churn factors and develop promotional scenarios.
