Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Analyst to own end-to-end subscriber forecasting workflows, lead title-level analyses, and drive methodology improvements. You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Programming to inform content strategies and forecasting accuracy, while mentoring teammates and delivering clear, actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with first-party data, and a track record of building scalable, repeatable analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field)
• 3+ years of analytics experience, ideally in a subscription or streaming business
• Familiarity with subscription business KPIs and metrics
• Experience designing efficient, repeatable analytical workflows and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and defend a point of view to senior audiences
• Excellent records management, procedures documentation, and meticulousness in all aspects of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting to senior executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting workflows, from data pull through model output to stakeholder-ready reporting
• Lead title-level analyses that shape content prioritization decisions
• Build repeatable, optimized workflows that feed and improve existing and new models
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team's analytical rigor
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint narratives explaining trends in Peacock subscriber growth
