Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ProdOps, Strategy, or Analytics roles.
• BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; BI tools like Tableau or Looker preferred.
• Experience defining and measuring OKRs, KPIs, or similar metrics.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple workstreams with executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Strategy & Operations team aligned to specific product areas.
• Drive OKR setting across the Product and Technology organization with measurable targets.
• Be the analytical backbone for key metrics, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Support executive-facing reviews and improve velocity through operational rigor.
• Partner with Corporate Communications and Workplace teams for town halls and large-scale events.
