Job Description

Job Summary

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a key member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving strategic initiatives to transform the Company.

Job Duties

• Develops enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance improvement within current business units.
• Leads high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
• Conducts analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
• Stays informed of healthcare trends and generates market insights.
• Collaborates extensively with the Company's executive leadership team.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Masters Degree or higher.

Required Experience/Skills

• At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking, with managed healthcare experience.
• Understanding of drivers and strategies in managed care organizations and healthcare industry knowledge.
• Experience in strategy development, research, synthesis, and creating action plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
