Job summary

AdventHealth in Fort Worth, TX seeks a senior analytics and strategy leader to manage planning, performance tracking, and reporting for growth initiatives. You will build processes, train stakeholders, and ensure rigorous analytics across the organization to support actionable plans.

You will guide cross-functional teams, deploy CRM and analytics tools, and present insights to senior leaders. A Bachelor's is required, with 5+ years in healthcare strategy and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Minimum 3+ years leadership experience in a related setting.
Minimum 5+ years in healthcare, business development, strategic planning or operations.
Experience with CRM, data analytics and planning software such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Qlikview and AchieveIt preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages activities and processes related to tracking, analyzing, and reporting planned priorities against key growth performance targets.
Develops operating processes and expectations for key stakeholders to ensure consistency in planning documentation and tracking.
Ensures training and communication of processes, expectations, and tools to end-users.
Interfaces with leaders and acts as SME for plan creation and structure to support informed decision-making.
Applies broad knowledge of analytic principles to analyze complex business issues and integrate analytics with strategy execution tracking.
Conducts analysis on strategy execution performance and informs future organizational strategy development quarterly.
Supports preparation of reports and presentations to Region, Market, and Campus executives.
Coordinates with Corporate Planning to track execution of Vision 2030 Aspiration Initiatives.
Supervises manager-level team members; develops dashboards contextualizing trends for executives.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Interfaces with multi-disciplinary leaders and acts as a subject matter expert for plan creation and structure to support informed decision-making and actionable work plans.
Applies broad knowledge of analytic principles and methodologies to analyze complex business issues while applying ingenuity. Interfaces with leaders across the organization, support services, and analytics to ensure integration of business performance analytics with strategy execution tracking.
Conducts analysis on strategy execution performance and success measures to inform future organizational strategy development on a quarterly basis.
Supports the preparation of reports and presentations to Region, Market, and Campus executive leaders.
Coordinates with the Corporate Planning department to track the execution of Vision 2030 Aspiration Initiatives.
Supervises the work of manager-level team members who support the day-to-day work of the team.
Develops dashboards and reports that contextualize trends in strategy execution for senior executives.
