Since 1990, we’ve been providing HVACR professionals with rugged, feature-rich tools like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, and more. Fieldpiece leads the industry in the way we think, how we work, how we treat our people, and how we remain laser-focused on creating products that empower HVACR professionals. If you thrive in an environment where challenges are embraced, ambiguity fuels innovation, and relationships are built on trust and transparency—this is your opportunity.

  • Establish and monitor metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and reports to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness and drive accountability.
  • Organize and facilitate executive offsite meetings, ensuring productive discussions and strategic alignment.
  • Communicate across the organization to foster transparency, actionable insights and engagement.

What You Bring

  • Matching 401k up to 4% with immediate vesting.
