The Director, Strategy and Planning is a key member of the Abandoned Property and Legal Operations Team. The role involves collaborating with team leadership and business partners to develop strategies, track initiatives, and measure progress. Responsibilities include managing data accuracy, creating reports, and using data to inform decision-making through storytelling and visualizations. This position balances strategic planning with execution of critical tasks.
Strategy and Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, establish team priorities, facilitate KPI development, and ensure organizational alignment. Manage business reviews, capacity planning, budgeting, and meetings to drive accountability and transparency across teams.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to synthesize trends, develop insights, and support decision-making. Create policies for data integrity and collaborate on analytics solutions, including potential data warehouse development.
People Management: Manage a small team, providing leadership, coaching, and development to associates.
The Director reports to the Vice President of Abandoned Property and Legal Operations. The teams focus on compliance, managing abandoned property, legal inquiries, and customer engagement, impacting the customer experience.
