Individual ContributorAs part of a high performing team that directly supports the President of our Digital Media business, this role will work closely with executives and senior leaders across the business to transform and scale strategic operations at Adobe. This role will identify critical operational issues and opportunities, “roll up their sleeves” to develop solutions and encourage action and results.
The biggest impact will come from an individual who possesses strong business and operating intuition, has outstanding project and program management skills and is an inspirational agent of change within the organization. The ideal candidate will dig into details to understand and assess business needs, identify potential gaps in strategic operations and processes, and turn problems into prioritized and well-executed programs to benefit the customer and shareholder. Your prior experience operating in global, cross-functional and collaborative environments will provide you with the foundation necessary to be successful in this dynamic, high-impact position.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
