Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category strategy for enterprise-wide categories: media, agency, events, facilities, services.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality and innovation.
• Lead and negotiate complex global agreements focusing on total value and risk.
• Advise VP+ stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success, Corporate Services, and Finance.
• Align sourcing strategies to enterprise growth and margin goals.
• Manage and optimize strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team in category management and sourcing.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and modern sourcing tools to improve visibility and speed.
• Define and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and ensure policy compliance.
