Job summary

LogicSource, Inc. in the United States seeks a Design & Construction Director to own client category strategy within the Center of Excellence, guiding sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to deliver measurable value.

You will lead COE orchestration, set savings targets, engage stakeholders, and advance AI-adjacent tools and playbooks while mentoring teams in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Advisory Consulting and category management, strategic sourcing, procurement consulting, or outsourced procurement services.
• Proven experience leading D&C category strategy and delivering results in client-facing settings; healthcare, higher education, retail and life sciences a plus.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior-level executives and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client category strategy and COE orchestration for design and construction.
• Develop category plans, market analyses, and savings targets.
• Guide negotiations and contract outcomes with key suppliers.
• Establish KPIs and governance across sourcing cycles.
