First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead the contract management lifecycle, ensuring governance and compliant execution. You will partner with business, legal, finance, and operations to drive value and align strategies with priorities.

This role drives continuous improvement in processes and tools, oversees risk management, and guides managers and professionals to deliver results across the function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in contract management, procurement, legal operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 4+ years leading a diverse team with hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or 4 extra years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management across the organization from drafting through renewal/termination.
• Establish governance frameworks and processes for contract development, negotiation, and administration.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations balancing financial, operational, and risk considerations.
