Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, proposal management, or pursuit strategy.
• 5+ years leading distributed or multi-site teams.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP mechanics and SF330s.
• Ability to turn dense technical input into client-focused narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct pursuit strategy and proposal leadership for major opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Lead and mentor a distributed marketing team across regions.
