SSOE is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing & Client Pursuits to lead pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client positioning across the AEC sector. You will bridge strategic marketing, proposals, and executive communication to drive business growth in the US and Mexico.

You will oversee a dynamic team, establish standards, and collaborate with executives to advance major pursuits, while optimizing the marketing tech stack and content.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, proposal management, or pursuit strategy in AEC or related fields.
• Experience leading distributed or multi-site teams for major pursuits.
• Excellent writing and storytelling to convert technical input into client value propositions.

Responsabilités

• Direct the full pursuit and proposal process from qualification to debrief.
• Lead strategic marketing plans with BUs to support sector growth.
• Mentor teams and manage resources across time zones and languages.
