Reily Foods Company seeks a Director of Purchasing to lead strategy across packaging, ingredients, and co-manufacturing with a focus on margin protection and supply continuity. You will negotiate with strategic suppliers, partner with R&D, Quality, and Finance, and drive multi-site supplier excellence.

The role requires 8–12+ years in purchasing with a proven track record of savings and complex contract negotiations, preferably in CPG or food & beverage sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or procurement within CPG or food & beverage.
• Demonstrated experience owning a spend portfolio of $25M+ and delivering measurable savings.
• Proven track record negotiating complex, high-value supplier and co-manufacturing agreements.
• Working knowledge of commodity and packaging material markets and contract structures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the purchasing strategy for packaging, ingredients, and co-manufacturing, aligned to margin, service, and growth objectives.
• Own annual savings and cost-avoidance targets, budgets, forecasts, and standard cost impacts.
• Segment the supplier base and set engagement models for each tier; establish policies and contract governance.
• Lead negotiations with key suppliers, manage supplier risk, and maintain performance dashboards.
• Oversee onboarding and qualification of new co-manufacturing partners and ensure QC alignment with demand forecasts.
