Compensation:

The full salary range is $106,000 - $160,335 annually. The anticipated hiring range is $106,000 - $139,825. Teaching Lab generally caps salaries at 105% of the midpoint ($139,825) to allow for growth.

Experience considered includes relevant role experience and total working experience across all fields, including internships, part-time, and consulting roles. Salary offers are based on current resume and additional qualifications.

Position Summary:

The Director of Strategic Partnerships manages external relationships with district, state, and school partners, ensuring high-impact, sustained collaborations. This role is key in partnership retention, renewal, and expansion, and acts as a bridge between growth and program teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships, monitor partnership health, troubleshoot issues, and oversee renewals.
2. Development of New Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and secure new opportunities, support proposals, and facilitate transitions from business development to implementation.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align data systems, support marketing, and share best practices.
4. Continuous Learning: Stay current with research, seek feedback, and develop team capacity through training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in project management and team leadership, with experience in education partnerships and PK-12 education (minimum 8 years, with at least 2 in teaching underserved students).
• Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready standards and professional learning design.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in consultative organizations supporting professional learning.
