Job summary

Responsibilities

• With minimal oversight, coordinate internal and manage external counsel due diligence reviews; perform due diligence of potential targets; prepare and present presentations regarding findings.
• With minimal oversight, provide legal analysis and advice regarding deal structure.
• With minimal oversight, draft and negotiate various deal documents.
• With minimal oversight, assist in and advise on the preparation and structuring of divestitures.
• Lead deal team integration function and coordinate function-specific law department integration teams.
• Develop, implement and improve playbooks, processes and training programs.
