Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of FP&A, valuation, investment banking, consulting, Big Four or financial institutions experience.
• Strong financial modelling and DCF experience.
• Experience with valuation / fair value methodologies.
• Background in consumer finance, lending, fintech, banking or specialty finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.

We’re working with a high-growth consumer finance platform that is building technology and financial products designed to make financing simpler and more accessible for consumers and businesses.

The business has 600+ employees and has built a scaled platform across lending, customer acquisition and servicing. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a Director of FP&A to take ownership of a broad financial planning, modelling and analytics function.

The Role

This is a senior FP&A position with significant exposure to executive leadership and the wider finance organisation.

You’ll lead complex financial analysis and modelling, support strategic decision-making and help the business understand performance, profitability and future growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do
