Evergreen Strategy Group is seeking a Director with strong communications experience to manage client relationships and lead strategy for purpose-driven companies, organizations, and campaigns. Ideal candidates have meaningful experience with press engagement and a background in climate/clean energy or responsible technology and AI.

The role involves crafting strategies, leading campaigns, and guiding team members while supporting litigation communications efforts as needed.

Qualificações

• Seven years of experience in communications or public policy in corporate, political, or nonprofit sectors.
• Experience interfacing with press; on-the-record spokesperson experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with publishable materials.
• Ability to lead a team across multiple priorities and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships and manage workflows, coordinating staff and deliverables.
• Develop strategy and policy proposals to influence debates and outcomes.
• Draft memos and communications materials including op-eds and statements for media.
• Stay current on policy developments and industry trends; mentor staff and oversee teams.
