Job summary

AntiSocial, part of the Thinkingbox collective, seeks a Director, Client Services to lead LA client relationships. You will be the senior strategic partner, guiding multi-disciplinary teams across social, creative, and production to deliver bold, commercially effective work.

You will shape the Client Services function, develop talent, and drive growth across key accounts while maintaining top-tier client partnerships and a collaborative agency culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client services within an agency environment.
• Experience leading large, integrated client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of social marketing and cross-discipline work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior contact and strategic partner for key client relationships.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their objectives and opportunities.
• Lead complex client conversations including strategic recommendations and scope discussions.
• Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the work and partnership.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward ideas and opportunities.
• Own the health and growth of key accounts across capabilities and client teams.
• Lead integrated engagements from brief through strategy, development, production, and delivery.
