What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients from C-suite to functional business owners in the healthcare, utility, telecom, insurance, and financial services sectors
- Build and manage strong relationships with assigned strategic clients and prospects
- Maintain account profiles and strategies, presenting updates to sales and business leaders as necessary
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals for services related to customer communications
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services within the account base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong record of academic achievement
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling technology and service solutions to C-level buyers
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic client accounts effectively
- Experience leading enterprise-level, multi-year contract negotiations
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, including excellent C-level oral and written presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Previous training in and experience with a recognized sales methodology
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
