Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Registered Central Supply Technician Certification required with possible additional certifications.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Directs Sterile Processing staff and activities, plans and evaluates operations.
• Develops systems for instrument availability and optimal condition of returns.
• Uses KPIs to identify improvements and cost effectiveness.
• Articulates short-term strategic vision and manages the budget and staff.
• Maintains interdepartmental and vendor relationships to optimize operations.
• Serves as liaison to materials management and supply organizations.
• Oversees compliance with sterilization standards and regulatory requirements.
