Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD with extensive experience in statistical genetics.
• 8+ years post-degree experience in academia or industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in drug discovery.
• Hands-on programming in R or Python is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead computational strategy to infer causal disease mechanisms from human genetics.
• Oversee cross-biobank analyses to identify mechanisms of genetic risk factors.
• Coordinate with researchers to apply germline genetics to neuro, immunology, and cardiovascular projects.
• Communicate findings and recommend follow-up actions in seminars and publications.
