Qualifications

• PhD or MS (12+ years of experience) in statistics or biostatistics or related field with clinical trials, drug development, pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in statistical computing/programming (SAS, R or Python) and implementation of advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, graphing & simulation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Biostatistics function across therapeutic areas and provides statistical input to development strategies and plans.
• Guides statisticians to ensure high quality and timely deliverables while managing resources and priorities.
• Represents the company in regulatory interactions and contributes to Clinical Development Plans and submissions.
