Responsibilities
  • Oversee delivery, account management, client relationships, and growth as a client partner.
  • Demonstrate business value via solutions aligning with strategic, operational, and tactical goals; present to executives.
  • Scale pilots/POCs into long-term transformative programs delivering ongoing value.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand key questions and develop analytics roadmaps prioritizing impactful use cases.
  • Partner with sales teams to craft POVs and proposals to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Apply data science to solve complex problems in CPG and Retail sectors.
  • Lead analytics teams and work closely with client stakeholders to define problems and solution requirements.
Requirements
  • 16-20 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics consulting and managing large programs.
  • Experience managing large accounts, with P&L ownership preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of CPG, Retail, or FMCG domains is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with global teams, managing client expectations, and project delivery.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
