• Coordinate priorities, workload, and execution across the team.
• Drive technology strategy and identify automation opportunities.
• Oversee data governance and establish operational standards.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Tech to support initiatives.
• Implement new technologies and department-wide processes.
• Coach and mentor team members and foster accountability.
