Zusammenfassung

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment seeks a Director of Tourism Group Sales & Strategy to build and lead a cross-property tourism sales program. You will guide a small team of Account Executives, expand markets, and drive revenue across Nets, Liberty, Barclays Center events, and partner properties.

You will report to the Senior Director, Group Sales & Tourism, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Partnerships to optimize pricing, contracts, and distribution. Travel and events are required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years managing a team.
• Experience in group sales or travel-trade; hospitality, travel, or tourism experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM & sales-ops tools (Salesforce preferred).

Aufgaben

• Design the team's structure and operating model as headcount grows from 2 to 5.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage tourism sales reps.
• Decide market focus and channels; coach on pipeline, forecasting, and account growth.
• Build and execute an annual tourism sales plan aligned to revenue goals.
• Oversee group sales reservations and respond to inquiries across channels.
