• Lead due diligence, coordinating with legal, technical, environmental, and other experts throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the institution's interests while supporting successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with project sponsors, lenders, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment across transaction execution.
• Prepare detailed risk reports, presentations, and credit views for senior management and risk committees.
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and sector developments to inform risk decisions.
