Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH International is seeking an Associate Director of Meeting Services to lead speaker bureau operations across live, virtual, and hybrid programs. You will drive program performance, partner with clients, and ensure compliant execution while mentoring the team.

The role requires deep pharma meeting services experience, strong data reporting, and hands-on use of Cvent, Excel, Zoom, and Teams to optimize bureau efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of pharmaceutical meeting services, speaker bureau operations, healthcare event management, or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau programs.
• Experience launching or implementing speaker bureau programs.
• Experience managing live, virtual, and hybrid speaker programs; strong understanding of Open Payments reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bureau operations and speaker lifecycle management.
• Drive process improvements and monitor program performance.
• Support client meetings and ongoing relationship management.
• Manage budgets and forecasting related to bureau programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members; ensure compliance with client requirements.
