Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years in a pharmaceutical hospitality role.
• Planning for live, virtual, or hybrid meetings; knowledge of hotel bookings and air travel.
• CMP is preferred but not required.
• Cvent or another registration platform required; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage live meetings and virtual events end-to-end, including logistics and leadership of the team.
• Oversee venue selection, contracts, travel, F&B, AV, rooming lists, and vendor coordination.
• Build registration websites and attendee communications; ensure timely reporting to clients.
• Review specifications, advise on cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets.
• Attend project briefings, coordinate with Client Services and Meetings Services, and lead on-site execution.
