EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Meeting Planner to independently plan and execute small meetings and events, both live and virtual, with up to 50 attendees. The role includes on-site management, travel coordination, and collaboration with internal departments to ensure program success.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 2–3 years of planning experience, proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office, and strong negotiation and accounting skills.

Qualificações

• Requires a 4-year college degree.
• 2–3 years of meeting planning experience.
• CMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Cvent and other web-based registration systems.
• Experience executing virtual meetings using Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect, On24, GoToMeeting.
• Knowledge of hotel and air travel logistics.
• Strong accounting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple meetings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Independently coordinate all program logistics for live and virtual events.
• Select venues, negotiate contracts, arrange travel and catering.
• Manage virtual platforms and AV coordination.
• Prepare attendee data and Sunshine Act reporting.
• Process healthcare professional payments and vendor invoices.
• Track attendee spend and reconcile final invoices.
• Update templates and distribute meeting materials on schedule.
• Coordinate ground transportation and arrivals/departures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely planning.
• Communicate progress to the project team and adapt to changes.
