Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Twelve or more years of experience in system acquisition, systems engineering, sustaining engineering, project management/leadership, launch integration & test.

Responsibilities

• Interface to Office of Space Launch customers at Vandenberg and define tasks.
• Lead systems engineering assessments to enable mission success.
• Collaborate across department, Launch Directorate, and ETG staff.
• Develop and mentor a systems engineering team.
• Manage budget, resources, and team goals per strategy.
• Coordinate with NSG, DSG, and ETG leaders for tailored customer deliveries.
• Prepare periodic technical and programmatic reports for government and management.
