Who You Are:

You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information, by relying on a blend of analysis, experience, and judgment. You create and implement new and better ways for the organization to be successful while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution. Through your leadership approach, you inspire high performance, encourage continuous learning, and cultivate an environment where diverse perspectives contribute to stronger business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate, and leverage data to support strategy development and negotiations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive results through cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and successfully execute them through completion.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
