Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering or related field with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of quality processes (PPAP, SPC, DFM, FMEA).
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong project management and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPD projects with RFQs, supplier selection, costed BOM ownership, PPAP, and risk mitigation.
• Manage sourcing projects with global suppliers, including cost modeling, make/buy analysis and CapEx.
• Communicate supply chain status and risks to project stakeholders.
• Lead supplier decision reviews with executive leadership.
• Partner with suppliers to optimize DFM and ensure quality and environmental standards.
• Support sourcing for mechanical and electronic subassemblies (box builds).
