KPMG is seeking a Director, KDN Solution Transition Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a comprehensive transition framework for solution onboarding, aligning with KDN's strategic objectives and KPMG's overall business strategy.
  • Design and implement a robust transition methodology, including processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Global and KDN, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure transition effectiveness; identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Oversee seamless hand-offs between onboarding and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of relevant experience leading transformation programs in Fortune 500 companies.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Experience with Global Delivery Model deployments, including Business Services, Captive Shared Services, and COEs.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, risk management, project planning, and budgeting.
  • Expertise in transition management, process documentation, knowledge transfer, and training.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
