KPMG is seeking a Director, KDN Solution Transition Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and implement a comprehensive transition framework for solution onboarding, aligning with KDN's strategic objectives and KPMG's overall business strategy.
  2. Design and implement a robust transition methodology, including detailed processes, templates, and supporting documentation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Global and KDN, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the transition process; identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  5. Oversee the seamless hand-off between the solution onboarding team and the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum ten years of recent relevant professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies, aligned with overall business objectives.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's or advanced degree is preferred.
  3. Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments, including Business Services, Captive Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence (COE). Proven ability to enact organizational strategy, build high-performing teams, and create value through execution.
  4. Detailed knowledge of project management frameworks, including issues and risks management, detailed project planning, and budget management.
  5. In-depth knowledge of transition management, process documentation, job aids development, knowledge transfer, and training resources.
  6. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
