Job summary

Wunderman Thompson (DBA VML) is seeking a seasoned Solution Consulting leader to drive marketing technology strategy and client outcomes. You will translate complex platform capabilities into executive-level value, lead cross-functional teams, and shape offerings for strategic growth.

You will partner with Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy, and AI groups, presenting compelling cases at events and guiding high-level scoping and proposals.

We’re seeking a highly experienced technology leader who embodies a rare combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to make a real impact.

• You bring a passion for marketing technology and a genuine desire to make a difference for our clients and MAP.
• You have a proven track record of leadership and success in a solutions consulting or related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management) at a senior level.
• You possess a strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, etc.
• You’re a natural communicator with exceptional presentation skills, capable of captivating any level audience in speech, writing, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience building strong relationships and managing different stakeholders.
• You’re a true team player, always willing to both lead the conversation, but also to collaborate and encourage others.
