Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum undergraduate degree with exceptional academic record.
Significant investment banking or investment professional experience in structured or project finance.
Strong financial modelling and due diligence capabilities.
Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

Structure and execute tax equity and debt transactions to fund solar projects.
Negotiate financing documents including tax equity partnerships and Holdco agreements.
Coordinate due diligence, consultant reports, rating agencies, counsel and stakeholders to close deals.
Act as the face of the company to investors and lenders through meetings and closings.
Build and maintain financial models for each structured transaction.
Collaborate with development, construction, legal and operations teams to keep projects moving.
Monitor and report performance of existing facilities with the operations team.
