INOX Solar Americas is seeking a Director of Engineering & Product Development to own the multi-year product roadmap for Vega Series modules and Galaxion N-type cells. You will build and run the Greenville site engineering organization, ensuring bankability, certification and compliance with U.S.

content rules. You will lead design-for-manufacturing, guide supplier qualification, manage certification with UL and IEC standards, and collaborate across global teams to align technology with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 12+ years in engineering, including leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience bringing PV modules from design to mass production.
• Strong knowledge of PV standards (UL 61730, IEC 61215/61730).
• Ability to present technical positions to customers and lenders.

Mansioni

• Own multi-year product roadmap for Vega Series modules and Galaxion N-type cells.
• Lead design-for-manufacturing and cost-down programs across cells and modules.
• Qualify domestic suppliers to strengthen content and supply resilience.
